This bill is to set up funding for a study of an area in New York, the Hudson River Valley, to evaluate the national significance of the area and the possibility of designating this area as a unit of the National Park System
The bill gives a deadline of 36 months to complete the study, starting when the funds are made available. The study will be reported to the Committee on Natural Resources of the House and the Committee on Energy and National Resources of the Senate.
